It is a tough, flexible, high-build waterproofing coating that resists the growth of mould and fungus and is resistant to extreme temperatures and environmental conditions. AfricCoatings LiquidRubber is applied as a thick liquid paste forming a seamless, decorative, and flexible coating that prevents water penetration and extends the of the structure.

USES:

For exterior use.
Ideal waterproofing system of prepared and primed parapet walls, capping, flashings , flat roofs, joints, wood, masonry walls, galvanisedsteel, concrete, fibre-cement, cementitious tiles and other intricate waterproofing tasks. AfricCoatings Liquid Rubber can be applied in conjunction with waterproofing membrane or as a standalone waterproofing system. Additionally, AfricCoatings Liquid Rubber is ideal as a topcoat.
