They feature an expanded mesh construction that allows the compost to disperse evenly as you roll across your lawn. The Hot Dipped Galvanized steel compost spreader has a diamond pattern mesh, which completely encloses the unit for reliable performance. In addition, the spreaders can be towed behind your ride-on lawnmower or pushed by hand. They even break up clumpy material as they tumble.
